Paya Nihari instructions
- Get clean trotters from Market,wash well.
- Keep ingredients ready.
- Add oil in pressure cooker, heat add onions.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fried onions too,Saute.
- To this now add Trotters, red chilli powder Masala,garam masala..
- Add Shaan Masala now.
- Mix well.
- Add at least 1 litre water put to cook in pressure cooker.
- Cook for 30-45. Minutes on slow or until 10-12 whistles.
- Stir well,add a slurry of wheat flour.
- Cook open 10 minutes.
- Your Paya nihari is done to enjoy.
- Options I added 1tspn pure ghee.
